Students and staff had a fantastic time attending the ACMS basketball games to celebrate the positive behavior and work completed for the 3rd nine weeks. Students formed teams and played each other on grade levels. The winner of each level then advanced to play the next grade. The ultimate winner of the student teams then had the opportunity to take on the ACMS staff in the final winner takes all game. It was a blowout score… for the 8th grade students! Despite multiple substitutions and questionable game winning strategies by the faculty the students could not be beat. This was a incentive finale to allow all the students who had made a impressive effort to work hard to the very end of the nine weeks.  Everyone had a break from classes and a chance to watch some really good teams compete. Kudos to the students for behaving so well and cheering on their fellow classmates during this event!
