2020 Spring Sports Tryouts     

Spring Sports Tryouts:
ACMS Winter sports tryouts will begin on Wednesday, February 12th. Students wishing to participate in Baseball, Softball, Girls Soccer, Boys Track and Field, and Pep Squad will be given specific tryout information on their sport from the coach about their tryout schedule.
Any student wishing to try out must have the following completed:
1.) Attend the mandatory Student/Parent Athletic Meeting on Monday, February 10 located in the cafeteria starting at 6 PM.  This meeting is only a requirement for students and parents that did not attend any of the Fall or Winter Athletic Meetings.
2.) Have a current physical on file that does not expire before the end of the Spring Season.
3.) Must have a current Arbiter Sports Athletic Account (please see Arbiter Directions below).
4.) Must meet Eligibility Requirements based on Semester 1 of the 2019-2020 School Year. (Grades: 70% average w/o failing 2 or more classes, Did not miss more than 13 days including excused absences, Not admitted to ACMS on Voluntary Transfer Application, etc.)
All requirements must be met by the first day of tryouts (2/12/2020) if not the student will not be permitted to tryout.
***Tryouts are a total of 5 days, thus if your child misses the first day of tryouts, they only get 4 days to try out.
Positive Parenting Class: Any parent ejected from a game will be required to take the Positive Parenting Class before being allowed to return to any CCS Event.



Existing Accounts: If your child already has an Arbiter Account from the 2018-2019 school year than you and your child just need to log in and update the information. PLEASE do not create a new account! Contact Mr. Greene if you need any assistance accessing your account (

New Accounts:
1.) Accounts may be registered at
2.) Parents/Guardians you will need to establish an account using your email/phone
number.  Please make sure to select PARENT when creating your account.
3.) Your child will ALSO create an account using their CCS email address.
4.) Once both have created a profile, the parents can click the LINK accounts button,
which is where they will put in their child’s student email account.
5.) The student may need to look in their SPAM/Junk folder in their school email for
the email to link accounts.
6.) Once the student receives the email requesting permission to link accounts, the
student needs to follow the directions in the email.
7.) Once the accounts have been linked, the student and parent/guardian need to
complete the forms with the exception of the physical form, which will be turned
into Mr. Greene.
8.) Accounts only need to be created once for middle school but should be checked
occasionally if updates are needed.
9.) Finally, Mr. Greene will approve each sheet.
