Mr. LaValley is always ready for gym

Hello Students,
Due to our current lifestyle situation caused by COVID-19, we must be mindful of our eating habits and not resort to a sedentary lifestyle. Please make sure that you are choosing healthy meals and avoid eating junk food snacks that is influenced by boredom. Please remember all the lessons we have taught you about nutrition. Be sure to eat fresh fruits when possible. Drink water and less artificial juices. Do not eat all your quarantine snacks all at once! Also, be sure to measure portion sizes for your meals.
During your extended time away from school, it is still important to be physically active. Try to get at least 30-60 minutes of physical activity each day while keeping the social distancing rules in mind.  Take breaks from sedentary activities such as video games and your phones and go exercise! Choose exercises and physical activity that you enjoy. You’ve got this!
